HOW TO
JOIN THE MILLIONAIRE'S CLUB IF YOU ARE FEMALE

world!

Please read all
information below carefully before submitting your
Photo &
Client Profile |
| 1. |
To be a candidate
to join the Millionaire's club you MUST send us:
- The Client Profile Form filled out completely and signed.
- As many photos of yourself shot by a professional photographer
as you like. (2 copies of each photo required)
- Photos are not
returnable
- You will pay a fee of $10 for the processing of your application form.
Please check your yellow pages
or local newspapers for photographers in your area. No
"snapshots" or photos taken by the company "Glamour Shots"
(The photography chain often found in your local mall) will be
accepted.
We know from experience that the better quality the photos are,
the better it will be for you to be seen on our web site and/or by
our millionaires. Send head shots as well as full length body shots
where you look your best. Men like women that smile!

Your photos must
be "current" (within the last year) 5x7's or larger
and you must be pictured by yourself in the photo. We will not
accept any photos without the following information written on the
back.
- Name
- Age
- Occupation
- Telephone numbers
- Address
- email address
- the date the picture was taken

| 3. |
The following
types of photos will NOT be considered:
- Photographs or Client Profile Forms
emailed to us
(see mailing address at
the bottom of page)
- Color or Black & white photocopies of pictures
- Glamour shots (The photography chain often found in your local
mall)
- Pictures with nudity
- Computer JPGS

We cannot mail
Client Profile Forms. The only way to obtain a Client Profile
Form is to print it from our website. If you do not have a computer
you might try going to Kinkos or any service bureau in your
area.
We cannot accept any registered
mail. |

| What happens when we receive your photos
& client profile: |
| 1. |
We will review
your stats and contact you for an appointment as soon as we
have a millionaire that we feel would be a good match for you.
Please do not call or email our offices as it slows down the
process!. |
| 2. |
Only those who
send hardcopy photos and fill out and sign the client profile will
receive an appointment. To be considered you must send your signed
client profile form and your photos with contact numbers written on
the back together.
Please note: Not all
pictures sent to us will appear on our website |

| Our Privacy Policy |
|
Your
privacy is of great importance to us and strictly enforced.
Men will not be able to contact you through the website! Prospective
candidates will be able to view your name, photo, age and occupation
only. They will not contact you unless your permission is given.
Once permission is given we will then mutually decide what the best
match is for both parties. The women that allow us to use their
photos on our website will obviously get the most exposure to the
millionaires in their area. |

| Changes & removal of pictures from the
website. |
|
All
requests pertaining to photos (i.e., changes, removals from the
website, etc.) must be made VIA E-MAIL ONLY, and require sixty (60)
days notice from the time of the initial request --- NO EXCEPTIONS!
